Try going to the website, paint.net

Then from there, on the right side, it'll say "getpaint.net", click there. Then on the side, it says "Get it now (free download) Paint.NET v3.5.6. Click there, then go down about half the page. You should see a "Download Now" button (to the left it says v3.5.6 - make sure it says that). Then, just download it. Hope this works for ya
