Lady, I'd like to personally thank you for your servitude in this guild. You've been with us for a while, and you've done so in the best way. Not only have you contributed in helping the guild mates, helping organize games and such, and so forth, but you've also helped contribute to the atmosphere of the guild. Least to say, you bring with you everywhere you go a joyful and warming mood, that instantly wakes up anybody in the guild the moment you log on. You're a great partner, and an even better friend, Nayana - and to that, you deserve this promotion.
