According to the latest news, you have to use the sword of triton to defeat the crew.. However I'm not sure that would work.

The POTCO wiki has some pics.
The 2 new bosses are both lv 35.
The queen Anne is a lv 39 legendary ship, with red sails and cool design. Looks kinda like a galleon.
None of them show the crew tho.

I don't know her ammo sets yet. I'll edit this post when I figure it out. Do note that she is smaller than a War Frigate. I might try to get a picture of the crew if I can be able to board it...

Testers keep the rest of us informed and post lost of screenshots, but more importantly test thoroughly to get any bug and glitch away from open.

If you go see the movie when it comes out you might get a code to unlock a special online quest, at the end you will probably get to battle this as the boss and Blackbeard could be added.

Not too difficult to disable & board. But, once you board-LOL I think I saw a boss on ship that was level 70-could be the lighting though. Ya need healers & lots of tonic! And from what I understand, you need the Triton to defeat the crew on the Anne. I spent my time healing & reviving since my test pirate is not that strong.

About needing the Trition, do other weapons just do nothing or do they have their attack reduced?

The Queen Anne's Revenge is Lv39-41, Legendary Ship class. She uses Roundshot for both deck guns and broadsides. Has maybe the same HP as a Fleet War Frigate, probably more. She deals about the same damage, more or less.
The enemies on board are indeed zombies. Yes, other weapons do damage to them. The enemies are Jumbee [Insert Rank]. The boss is LaSchafe, around Lv70, dealing massive damage.

The crew of the Anne look like pirates in PVP. We had 3 ships attack her before we disabled her to board. Didn't plan that, it just happened. Things seem to happen so fast once she was boarded. I think the enemy uses only swords, but if I am wrong-someone please correct me. Apparently the first ship to grapple her gets to board. If you tp to someone on the Anne-the enemy is invisible to some. The enemy comes at you in 3 waves-the Level 70 being in the last wave. It is all new. I am relating what I saw & heard. Again, if I am incorrect in some information, please correct me. It is quite awesome & very close to a real sea battle. But, my pirate was a bit intimidated & very happy to have a great crew at my side.
