simple answer for this.... don't make promises that can't be kept, pirates has such a future if disney get's the ball rolling. if not it will die out very soon like it or not, and as for the casual gamer remark this game was designed for childern but adults enjoy playing as well and i relaly think disney should relize this and update to make everyone happy.
