Auto Healing

I had a 50th level character accompany mine to the treasure room in Isla Tormenta. There the player put his character on auto-heal and went AFK. The character stood in one place with doll in hand and did heal every ten seconds, presumably as soon as it recharged. Then every minute or so the character would do attune. I must have been there for an hour or so, shooting down the undead as fast as they popped up while being healed by a player who wasn't there.

I didn't catch onto the attune thing until the very end. I realized that I could have teleported out, sold all the junk I'd picked up, tp'd back, got automatically attuned again, and continued on.

The next time I encountered the player, I asked him how to do it, but he wouldn't tell me.

Can anyone tell me how to set my character on auto-heal like that?
