Before Cptn. Jack was a pirate, he was
once employed by the East India Trading Company. Cutler worked for the EITC too. Maybe Cptn. Jack stole his hat or something... but that would not leave a mark. Oh! Maybe there was like, a love square around Tia, Davy, Jack, and Cutler. Cutler could have been so sad about losing Tia when she ran off with Jack, that he was emotionally scarred.
