I just checked the in-game event clock. It had stated before that it would end 12:00 am PST/ 3:00 am EST Friday. So Thursday looked to be the last day. But at some point today someone reset that clock and it states over 19 hours which ends at 12:00 pm PST/ 3:00 pm EST tomorrow. That time coincides with the clock here at PoF.

It's been quite confusing seeing two different clocks but now they're in sync. In answer to your question, its 2:00 pm EST providing they just don't pull a fast one overnight and we find ourselves unable to launch the game for the final time tomorrow.
