Why do some Clan leaders have a green username while some don't?

It's a slight glitch in the system. If one of the clan leaders wants to have their guild tag, or another tag with the primary Clan Leader tag, they can't keep the green name. ^^
Example If they only have the  tag, they retain the green name, but if they want any of the others listed in this thread that are available to them, it dissapears.
