Of course not a one believes that there's such a thing as a ship with wheels what can sail onto dry land as easily as across the open seas. But anyway, we're lookin' for pirates of whatever sort to come sail the seas and plunder the seven or eight treasure chests all the same.

I jest! The probation period is for YOUR benefit. During this time just relax and play as you would like to play within Gadflies. If you are a good fit for us then it will all come naturally. If you are not a good fit for Gadflies then there is no harm. You simply will have to find a better fit elsewhere and that's better for you and Gadflies.
