Gee I'm sorry you are having such problems since I recommended the doll.

I have a doll and I've had no problems like you described. I wish we had more of a dialog with the staff to get feedback on some of our problems, so we can be sure what is causing what and when , and we could avoid doing those things until they are fixed. (and know that they are aware of them.) All we can do is try to make educated guesses and share them. And without this third party forum we wouldn't even be that lucky.

Back o/t I wish you luck with your problems. You've muddled through so many bugs I am impressed you haven't up and quit! (don't, we need you )
