The Flying Dutchman isn't for sale - you can see it at the Castaway Cove on Disney Cruises. They aren't intending on selling it. Although, selling the Black Pearl? Naw... I don't like this one.

I already know this - I'm a principal contributor on all Pirates articles on Wikipedia And it's not rumoured, they just couldn't get it because someone else owns the rights - the people who own the "real" Black Pearl.

Thats cool. The wiki basically states however that they need a "citation" basically confirming this information. So I didnt want to state it as a fact.
