A Minor Addition That Would Be Beneficial to All...

Me thinks so anyways...

That addition being a second bar added to whomever is crewed up with people so that not only can we see in the Crew HUD a crewmates health but also their voodoo amount so that those who are healers will know when to use Heal and when to use Cure...

Just a thought and my apologies if this has already been discussed before...I saw a lot of pages in this section, but being at work while on here I can't go through every one of them...

I believe it does...maybe not fully but if I'm not mistaken it helps replenish somewhat...

The big plus of cure is the ability to get rid of buffs.

I watch my attuned pirate to see when he/she is getting overloaded with bad effects. Then I hit Cure instead of Heal.

Cure removes poison, and some voodoo hexes, etc.
It does not replenish voodoo at all.

The only problem I have had during this action of healing crew is the recharge times of the skills themselves. The ones fighting need to know when that heal isnt coming because its still recharging.. and use a tonic, instead of going to jail. We basically call out "Tonic!" when it appears our healing powers will not suffice for the given moment.

Makes sense...thanks for the help guys...appreciate it...

Who knows...maybe with these new weapons coming it includes a new voodoo doll that does have a spell to give voodoo to others...if that were to be true I guess my little addition would be a nice idea after all...lol

Nightwolf, having problems with people running out of voodoo?

There are some good passives on the staff for recovering voodoo more quickly, quite useful, and theres also one to reduce the amount used by spells

As I progress, I find I seldom run out unless im using Flaming Skull in a battle of multiple highlevel mobs.

I think the 2 biggest causes of people running out are probably the example you used with the Flaming Skull hex...the other is when using the voodoo doll itself I'm guessing since a person is doing one hex right after another on multiple high level enemies...

Yea voodoo HUD i dont see as important if they run out they can recharge and with some of the passives on the Staff it can go really quickly.
