Well Roger she has a point here "Please note that as a Basic Access member, certain options, features and quests will be limited compared to when using Unlimited Access. While we offer this Ad-supported, free version of the game, we do have to charge for Unlimited Access in order to maintain the level of service and quality our users expect." It may not seem fair to you but they do have to limit the amount of stuff that basic accounts have to get them to want unlimited access.
