Found this release this morning, guess their polishing things up now.

Only thing I don't understand is why the POTCO Test release notes are a day behind, as the "January 26, 2009" update showed up on the 27th, and this one today...

They're probably just using the date they fixed the bugs and were a day behind.
If they fix the missing texture bugs they should be about done.

How do i get a test server invite?

You have to get an invitation from disney, but for now there is no way to ask for the invitation.
They might real soon tho
