What exactly is that, when you look on the top right of the post, or in the profile of a person, it has that or something else, with little green rectangles.

If you find someone's post you really enjoyed reading, click on the

on the top right hand corner of their post and add rep to that user. You can leave a small comment too, but keep 'em nice, please. Most can only give good rep. We've found when users can leave negative rep, it leads to trolling and flaming. Mods can leave negative rep though.
