Where can I find them other then in the cave in PR? It takes forever for them to respawn.

There are some in the swamp just off the beach on Tortuga, as well.

Go to Cuba Swamps, Pantano River. Behind Tia's house, there should be some Grenadiers, Fly traps, Brigands, and witchdoctors. Good luck!
