Player housing & Ship customizing

Or perhaps a combination of the two.

How about decorating the captain's quarters? Furniture, paintings, maps & trophies would really fit in them. Put an organ in the quarters, and you can also customize the music that plays while you're in the quarters.

Guild should be able to buy a fortress, which they can customize. Of course, the navy will find out about it, so they'll have to defend it a few times.

Also, our ships need a flag. Especially for SvS, because I don't think back in the day, French and Spanish ships had the colors of their flag on the sails. I'm thinking about a customizable Jolly Roger, which is swapped for a French or Spanish flag in SvS. Perhaps have the Jolly Roger tied to your guild, and those who don't belong to a guild just have a plain Jolly Roger.
