Barracudas!
Hey all--
Does anyone know where to find EITC Barracudas that aren't surrounded by high-level or ghost ships? I've been able to find a pair that were sailing on the coast of Port Royal heading towards Isla de la Avaricia, but they were right in the middle of a bunch of ghost War Sloops with some Navy Kingfishers and Monarchs. I sail in a Galleon, and the lightning bolts and fireballs sunk me in about 5 seconds. Any suggestions would be a big help! Last edited by CaptainJaneWavebreaker; 07-04-2008 at 11:24 PM.. |

A lightning crew that can tag a ship with lightning would be a good idea, to drag it in.

There's a flag Cuda off Perdida that's usually alone.

Thanks for the advice guys--I did manage to sink one off the coast of Port Royal today solo, so I know it's possible...just have to watch and wait until the 'Cuda starts sailing away from the fleet!

I sail solo a lot. My technique is to sail as close as I can to the
area that the ships are circling in without attracting any other ships. Then I hop off the helm and use a deck gun to hit the ship I need. It will usually start heading for you. Once it sails close enough ,I get back on the helm and do a running fight away from the other ships. With the new system on test, this takes a while, but I can usually beat just about any ship this way.
