Hey y'all, I, Drew Firehawk, am starting a new guild and I am looking for some strong officers with good leadership skills to get it started.

Here is my vision for my guild:

I want to have a guild focused on having a POSITIVE attitude and having fun. That means helping other members, being respectful and kind, and no haters, trash talkers, rep stealers, or disrespecting fellow members.

There are only a few simple rules to follow:

1) Ask before teleporting to another guild member. That is simply common courtesy.

2) Don not rep steal. That means if someone is attacking an enemy, do not go attacking that same enemy because it cuts that person's rep points in half. Instead, heal your fellow guild member, that way you both get full rep.

3) Help your fellow members, and stick up for them. We all need help with our quests sometimes, and teamwork makes it easier and strengthens the bonds between us. Also, if a guild member is being picked on or harassed by one or more other players, stick up for them and help them to stop being harassed. There is safety in numbers.

Those are the main rules I want to begin with. The most important thing above all else is to have a positive attitude. Being a strong leader means being fair and compassionate, while being firm in resolve at the same time.

I know that what i am asking for is a tall order for some, but good guilds need a strong foundation to grow and have fun together. Fun is the name of the game.
