No longer gaining reputation. Is this a bug?

I'm a mid lvl 13, and I can no longer gain any reputation. I've attacked (and killed) higher level "reds," without anyone else "stealing" rep points, and still I get +0 rep. Is this a bug?

The only thing I can think of, is that I'm a basic member and during the recent preview weekend upgraded my cutlass and voodoo doll. Could that "cancel out" my kills?

Any help or ideas are welcome.

Sounds like you have begun to strike the boundaries/limitations of the "Basic" account.

Yea weapons only go to lv 7 better upgrade your account if ye want to go higher.
