killer slow down after patch?

is anyone else haveing bad slow down in some places after the patch today? i cant even move in cutthroat jungle and in beckeets quarry. and my wife on her comouter is gettin killer lag on the ocean.

Check your video settings. Mine got bumped back up to my monitors max, which my junk intergrated video card can't handle.
