I didn't see anything about reporting pirates for not reviving. I read the article with a smile and a chuckle--it seems like Disney wrote it tongue-in-cheek.

I wouldn't get too wrapped around the axl on this one. I do a lot of healing others. Just like I help people playing cards. It's more of a humorous article (seems to me) to get people telling stories.

I have a story about a pirate who was "helping" Sam Dreadgull. He THOUGHT we was going to get a tonic, but at th last minute, said dastardly helper stabbed him in the face!

True story.
