I get the same problem sometimes...

Vista 32-bit
AMD X2 6000+
4 GB RAM
Geforce 8800GT 512MB
6Mbit DSL line

I have to turnthe bulk of my video settings down to LOW to play at a decent framerate. Disney doesn't really care as far as I can tell....
